Shipping Policy
We only ship by Canada Post, Purolator or UPS with signature required and provide tracking by email.
Firearms and ammunition purchases require the appropriate firearms license by law. We will require your PAL information in order to process these types of products. You can enter this information during checkout at which point your shipping information will be disclosed. Your date of birth is required for non-restricted products. Restricted purchases also require the gun club or range name you are a member of and your city/town of birth.
We are only able to ship restricted firearms and non-restricted firearms to the address registered to your PAL (Possession Acquisition License).
We typically can have your order processed and delivered to the appropriate courier the day of the order (same day). Sometimes there are small delays due to courier processing. Delivery can be expected between 1-8 business days after shipment depending on the location. Parcel tracking information is sent promptly after the order is processed at the courier.
Shipments will be further delayed on firearms requiring government transfer documentation until authorization is received. Please help us to provide prompt service by providing any required information and specifically a daytime phone number in case there are any issues that need to be resolved before processing the order or shipping. Please note restricted firearms do not ship until transfers are complete. Please contact us by email or phone if you have any further questions.
In-store Pickup Option
We can provide an in-store pickup option for customers that wish to come to our location within McNaughton's Home Hardware in Newbury, Ontario N0L 1Z0. In store pickup will require an e-transfer or manual register transaction for us to process the purchase ahead of time and prior to coming to the store. For details on this please contact the store.
